Gumly is an early-stage AI marketing tool that helps startups, SaaS founders, and small businesses find wasted spend inside their Google Ads accounts before hiring expensive marketing agencies.
We are currently testing our first product by offering a free Google Ads wasted-spend audit to a limited number of relevant businesses.
Role overview
We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Assistant to help Gumly reach relevant startup founders, SaaS companies, growth teams, and small businesses that may already be using or considering Google Ads.
Your main responsibility will be to generate qualified interest for Gumly's free Google Ads audit using respectful outreach methods such as LinkedIn, email, founder communities, startup groups, or other approved channels.
This is not a spam role. We care more about reaching the right people than getting random traffic.
What you will do
• Find relevant SaaS founders, startup founders, small business owners, marketers, and growth teams.
• Identify companies that may be using Google Ads or struggling with paid acquisition.
• Use approved outreach methods to introduce Gumly's free Google Ads wasted-spend audit.
• Drive relevant traffic using your unique Gumly tracking link.
• Track your outreach activity clearly.
• Report what channels, messages, and audiences performed best.
• Help Gumly generate qualified sign-ups, audit requests, and founder conversations.
Candidate trial system
After we review and accept your application, you will receive a unique Gumly tracking link to use in your outreach so we can measure the traffic and interest you generate.
Through the tracking link, we review:
• Website visits from your link
• Sign-ups or free audit requests
• Relevance of the traffic
• Quality of the audience
• Outreach approach
• Communication and reporting
The goal is not random clicks — it's reaching relevant people who may genuinely benefit from Gumly. A candidate who brings 10 highly relevant visitors and 2 audit requests is more valuable than one who brings 500 random visitors with no interest.
Before starting the trial, accepted candidates receive a short onboarding video covering what Gumly is, the target audience, the audit offer, how to use the tracking link, allowed outreach methods, and how results are evaluated.
Trial length: 3–5 days. The outreach trial itself is unpaid — it is how we evaluate your fit and results. After the trial, we schedule calls with the strongest candidates and discuss paid work only if you are selected to continue.
Target audience
SaaS founders, startup founders, small B2B companies, growth teams, marketing managers, agencies running Google Ads, businesses with 1–20 employees, and companies using or considering Google Ads.
Main offer: a free Google Ads wasted-spend audit — helpful, simple, and focused on where ad budget may be leaking.
Requirements
Experience with B2B lead generation or outreach, good written English, ability to find relevant leads, experience with LinkedIn, email, Apollo, or similar tools, strong organization, clear activity tracking, and good judgment when contacting people. Understanding of startups, SaaS, or digital marketing is a plus.
Important rules
Do not spam, use fake accounts or identities, make false claims, promise guaranteed results, misrepresent Gumly, contact irrelevant audiences for clicks, or use misleading messages. All outreach must be respectful, honest, and focused on relevant people.
Compensation
There is no paid trial. The 3–5 day outreach trial is unpaid and used to assess your results.
Payment is only offered if you are accepted to continue after the trial. If selected, the role may continue part-time with structure such as: monthly part-time payment, bonus for qualified audit requests, bonus for strong leads or booked calls, and long-term opportunity if results stay strong.
Exact compensation is discussed based on experience and trial performance — only with candidates we invite to continue.
